• Registration and contact information — purchaser name, email address, phone number, city and state, the names of any additional attendees on your order, and optional details you choose to share such as shop or school, social handle, experience level, learning goals, and dietary or accessibility needs.
• Transaction metadata — the event purchased, number of seats, amount paid, currency, registration code, payment status, and timestamps.
• Site and technical data — basic request information such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page, and how the site was reached, used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
• Messages — the content of inquiries, partnership requests, and questions you submit.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe through Lovable Payments. Full card information is entered on the payment provider's hosted checkout and is never collected, seen, or stored by this website. We receive only the transaction metadata described above, such as whether a payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference identifier. The payment provider handles your payment details under its own terms and privacy practices.

• To process registrations, confirm seats, and issue registration codes and receipts.
• To send operational emails such as confirmations, event details, schedule updates, and cancellations.
• To respond to inquiries and partnership requests.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and educational content.
• To send class announcements and marketing emails only where you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in those emails.

Operational emails related to a purchase you made are sent regardless of marketing preferences, because they are necessary to deliver what you bought.

We share information only with the providers needed to run the site and events — for example the payment processor, the email delivery provider, and the hosting and database platform that runs this site. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Registration and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the event, provide support, and meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Inquiry messages and marketing subscriptions are kept until they are no longer needed or until you ask us to remove them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls on administrative tools, and a payment flow that keeps card data off this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
